Executive / Sr. Recruitment Executive

Requirement

  • Candidate must have done MBA (Human Resource Management)
  • Candidate must have 2-3 years of experience in End to End Recruitment
  • Candidate must have good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Candidate must have knowledge of different job boards and networking sites.
  • Candidate must be must be willing to learn new skills and technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Direct interaction with the client for requirement understanding
  • End to End Recruitment from Sourcing to Hiring for various Permanent and Contractual positions.
  • Counseling and coaching candidates for interview.
  • Salary Negotiations with candidates
  • Background verification of candidates for client.

Business Development Manager

Requirement

  • Candidate must be MBA with 2-3 years of experience in Business Development in recruitment firm.
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills
  • Must have an exposure of interacting with international clients.
  • Aggressive and Target Oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Generating new clients in the market.
  • Responsible for Account Management and taking care of the entire Business Development Process.
  • Identifying future clients from various sectors thereby achieving monthly business targets.
  • Manage a bridge between company and client for requirements flow and candidates resumes from recruitment department.
  • Continue touch base to client, understanding their requirements and making a map with the client to close requirement and deliver candidate to them.
  • Most important ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & quality service in the shortest possible time.
